Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. With other places the time starts when you start golfing. In this place it was when you enter the room. So you are paying for them to set up the game. When we questioned the owner about this he was very rude. No discussion. He told my team and I were not welcome in his establishment. All we did was ask about the timing. Given all the places you can virtual golf, I will ABSOLUTELY not ever go here again.

I wouldn’t have given them even a one star. We booked a time for 1.30 hours and they ended our game with 15 minutes left on the clock/timer. When we asked the lady why did our game end she said the timer doesn’t include the time to load the next hole. We even checked our watch and had time left. Ordered a pitcher of beer, the pitcher came 3/4 full it didn’t even serve us 3 full glasses! Awful experience never going back for the price they charge your expect better service and experience!

It's not the same as playing on a course but it does the job. Will take a few sessions to get used to it

In my opinion golf360 is a place where I have learned and improved my favorite sport, golf, I come here all the time and from day 1 to today the owner and staff are absolutely has been extremely kind and friendly, I had the opportunity to play golf with the owners and share a very pleasant afternoon with them. I always recommend Golf360 to my friends because of how well they treat me. I personally recommend golf360 and congratulate its owners for this place, very far away for some but very close for others.

I come here all the time. I love it here. The owner and staff are absolutely out of this world. The most down to earth, nicest people I've ever met. I always recommend my friends and everyone here because of how well they treat me. Love you guys keep up the solid work. Will go here for as long as I can

The owners are super nice and the atmosphere is awesome! They had 6 different beers on tap and I doubt any other virtual golf place can match that!
