Not very user friendly sims and the one we were on didn't register our shots quite often. The screen in our bay was dislodged at the bottom, like a drape that was wavy making the picture not very good. The definition on the screen was also poor. Disappointing

I used to love coming here—usually had great customer service. Last year, I signed up for a membership with unlimited use and was only charged for a single month, without having to call to cancel. This year, I signed up again in-store after the front desk told me I needed to register online to book a bay. Right in front of them, I signed up and clearly stated I only needed a month due to travel. At no point did they mention any cancellation policy, even after I explicitly said I’d only be here for a month. Now, I find out I was charged again in January. When I called to request a refund and cancel, the gentleman on the phone was quite rude and condescending. He told me it was my responsibility to know the terms and refused to refund the charge—even though it’s clear I never used their services. Really disappointing experience. Won’t be returning.

Came here on a rainy day to kill some time, then found out they were going to be hosting a "Winter Tournament" so I joined. Great experience, great facility, and great owners that care about the place and the customers and are constantly improving. Will continue to come back when I have free time and am looking forward to more potential tournaments!

I freaking love this place. I get to play regardless of weather. I’m a super beginner golfer but it’s a great way to get a broad range of practice. Seeing improvement fast. Staff is great and super supportive. 5 stars.
