Terrible service, worst experience for a golf simulator. Trackers didn’t work properly. Paid for 2 hours for normal bay but trackers didn’t work properly. Then they sent us to the private room simulator as an “upgrade” to make up for it but then asked us for extra money if we wanted to use that room and the trackers didn’t work properly there again. Then they told us to go back to the simulator bay outside. Tired from it all asked for a refund for the 2 hours and they denied that after wasting 45 minutes going back and forth and not being able to play.

They scammed us. Charged us beforehand, their machines didn’t work so we wanted to leave, but they also didn’t give us a refund.. claiming the amount back from credit card provider. terrible service and experience

I was self-taught in golf and always enjoyed hitting balls at the driving range for the last 10 years but decided to book a golf session for the first in my life with coach Mike Aizawa and WOW within one short hour he was able to diagnose the root cause of my ill-contact (poor grip) and introduced micro adjustments through various methods. Mike’s knowledge of biomechanics was very impressive and doesn’t use complicated jargons even a newbie like myself could understand his instructions. Thank you for an amazing first lesson!
