——————Additional Post—————— It’s extremely unpleasant to see a shop accusing a customer of switching the product to commit fraud 🤣. If you’re so confident, why not upload the photo of the product taken at the time of purchase within 30 minutes? 🤣 It’s truly amusing how you turn a victim of fraud into a fraudster! The way this shop responds to customers, without even bothering to verify whether the product is genuine or counterfeit, is absolutely astounding. The reason I said 30 minutes is that it’s obvious you’ll upload a different photo 😄. Please clearly upload the photo taken at the time of purchase, not some other photo 🙏. 샵을 이용한 소비자에게 물품을 바꿔서 사기쳤다는 말을 하는것 자체가 굉장히 불쾌하네요🤣 그렇게 자신있으면 해당 물품 매입 당시에 찍어둔 사진 올려보세요 30분안에🤣 사기를 당한 사람을 사기꾼으로 몰아가는것 참 재미있네요! 정품 가품 확인 할 생각도 없었던 업체에서 소비자한테 하는 대응이 참 아름답습니다 제가 30분이라고 말한 이유는 다른 사진을 올릴 게 뻔하기 때문입니다 😄. 분명히 매입 당시 찍은 사진을 올려주시기 바랍니다. 다른 사진 말고요 🙏. ——————Original Post—————— 응대해주신 직원분은 친절했으나 8월30일 tsr3+투어에이디 샤프트를 구매하였고 3달 뒤 11월30일에 다른 샤프트를 다른곳에서 구매하던 도중 이곳에서 산 샤프트가 가품인것을 확인하고 바로 연락을 하였으나 이미 3개월이 지났고 원하면 트레이드를 해주겠다고 절대 가품을 판매하지 않았고 직원이 다른걸 팔았을리 없다, 구매자인 내가 다른걸로 바꿨을수도 있으니 원하면 추가 금액을 내고 트레이드 하라는 말에 너무 화가 났습니다. 판매 당시 해당 물품에 사진을 가지고 있을것이니 확인해보면 되지 않냐는 물음에도 바꿔줄 생각은 없었으며 판매처가 개인이 아닌 샵인것도 믿고 구매하는것에 큰 비중을 차지하는데 물건이 정품인지 가품인지 확인하였는지 물어보는 말에 대답도 없었으며 원하면 추가금을 받고 트레이드를 해주겠다는 말이 어처구니가 없었습니다. 마치 새것을 구매한것처럼 트레이드를 해주겠다고 했는데 구매한것도 중고물건이었고 내가 원한 교환도 같은 종류의 샤프트면 아무거나 상관없다고 말하니 트레이드 하라는 말이 어처구니가 없었습니다. 어느누가 샵에서 판매를 하는데 당연히 정품을 사지 프리미엄 샤프트를 가품인것을 알고 사나요? 이 글을 보시는 분들한테 이 곳을 이용하지 말란 얘기는 아닙니다. 적어도 최소한 정품인지 확인하고 구매하시기 바랍니다. 해당 하얀 샤프트는 이곳에서 구매 한 가품이며 주황색 샤프트는 정품 샤프트 입니다 The staff who assisted me were kind; however, I purchased a TSR3+ Tour AD shaft on August 30. Three months later, on November 30, I discovered it was counterfeit while purchasing another shaft elsewhere. I immediately contacted the shop, but they claimed that since three months had already passed, they couldn’t do much. They insisted they never sell counterfeit products and suggested that I might have swapped the shaft myself. They offered to trade it if I paid an additional fee, which made me extremely angry. When I asked if they could check their records or photos of the product at the time of sale, they showed no intention of resolving the issue. One of the reasons I trusted this purchase was because the shop was a reputable business, not an individual seller. However, when I questioned whether they verified the authenticity of the product, they ignored the question and repeated their offer to trade it for an additional fee. Their suggestion to trade it as if I were buying a brand-new product was absurd, especially since the original item I purchased was second-hand. Even when I clarified that I would accept any shaft of the same type, their only solution was a paid trade, which left me astounded. Who would knowingly purchase a counterfeit premium shaft from a shop? Of course, everyone assumes they are buying a genuine product. To anyone reading this, I’m not saying you shouldn’t use this shop. However, I strongly advise you to verify the authenticity of the products before making a purchase. The white shaft shown in the photo is the counterfeit one I bought from this shop, while the orange shaft is a genuine product.

Abe was incredibly kind and knowledgeable when it came to getting my first set of golf clubs. He’s clearly very passionate about golf and honest. I had originally came to just get an iron set but left even happier with a full set AND a bag! Thank you so much!
