I had 2:30 booking for Vaughan in Bay9 and nothing worked. I got in the usual 10 minutes early and waited for the projector to turn on, it never did. Called the support line at 2:28 and left a message. I sent a text as well at 2:28. No response from anyone. Continued to call, text and email until someone got back to me at 2:52. I had only booked an hour because of other commitments so I asked for a refund. The person tells me they don’t do refunds but will send an email with the time credit. I asked for more time given that I had to drive there and back without using the service and was told they don’t do that but don’t worry I’ll tell my manager that the bay isn’t working and no one else will be inconvenienced going forward. Such nonsense!

Easy access

I would never come back her again. I booked Bay 10, and the screen was ripped I. Half. There was one ball, and the tee was one height (which was too short for my driver). The graphics gelt like i was playing a 90's (maybe early 2000's) video game. It wasnt a plesant expirence. The facility did not have any air flow what so ever, the air was stale and hot. I've been to a few different indoor places so far, and this one is on the lower scale by far.

Screen tarp was falling off the wall. Start time was 8 however the system doesn’t turn on until 8:10 or so, but doesn’t have a problem shutting down on time..

Sensor in booth #22 is horrible. There are no balls in booths. Garbage everywhere. Screen resolution is so blurry makes you feel dizzy. Used to be an okay place, I don’t think it’s worth what they charge.

This facility was absolutely terrible. The hitting screen was torn in multiple places and not affixed in the top corner so it wasn’t possible to read the statistics. No shorter tee options were available so I wasn’t able to get accurate off-tee yardages for my new long irons, the only reason I booked. Next time I’m faced with golfing at target golf, or not golfing, I’ll choose to not golf.

Played in booth 10. Screen has multiple large rips right in the middle ubstructing the view. The place was not busy but we were unlucky to have a group above us on a poorly constructed second floor that shakes the camera and sensor when ever someone up there moved. This caused the sensor to constantly loose track of the ball, missing swings. Avoid the bottom floor booths when possible as this was frustrating.

Easy booking and clean facility find distances are not very accurate but good experience

Sensor would not register when the ball was “in the rough” and had to shoot from the “fairway” spot every time. Back drop was torn and ball kept falling behind and under the carpet. Wasn’t a great experience.
