Stepping into The Argyle feels like entering a secret oasis of warmth, style, and effortless charm. The ambiance strikes that perfect balance. Intimate yet lively, refined yet inviting. It’s the kind of place where time slows down just enough for you to savor every moment. And then, there’s Alex. If bartending were an art form, Alex would be a master painter. He doesn’t just mix drinks; he crafts experiences. With a rare blend of intelligence, skill, kindness, and sharp wit, he makes every guest feel like they belong. Whether you’re after a classic cocktail or something entirely new, or like me, super beginner and lightweight, Alex delivers perfection in a glass, effortlessly reading the mood and elevating the night with his easy charm and encyclopedic knowledge of spirits. The service here is impeccable; genuine, thoughtful, and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. Every detail, from the music to the glassware, has been carefully considered to create an atmosphere that lingers in your memory long after you’ve left. Simply put, The Argyle isn’t just a bar; it’s an experience. And if you’re lucky enough to find a seat at Alex’s bar, you’re in for something truly special.

If you're looking for a lounge or bar that has good drinks, great service, and captures the feeling of an old-school bar. Sit down, get comfy, and order a whiskey.
