Great atmosphere and staff - the two gentlemen who work Monday evenings (their names escape me) are a pleasure to deal with every time I come in. Their Monday prices are unbeatable. 10/10

I don't like leaving bad reviews so when a company gets a bad review and they try to make amends, I like to acknowledge that as well. This issue took too long to rectify (Nov to Jan) but Stewart from Players has figured out their system error and has now credited my passes back. Thank you Stewart and thank you to Kasey for all of your efforts in getting this matter looked after. ***ORIGINAL POST*** Bought passes a year ago. Was told they had no expiration. 5weeks ago I ask for a balance on my passes. We start back in November for another winter of indoor golf and the new staff tell me the passes expire. The girl and manager, Stu both tell me I have 16 hours left (= about $480) and we will figure this out. I have golfed about 7 times since then going back and forth on the expiration issue. All of a sudden the other day, I have no time left they tell me. I calculate I had at least 8.5 hours (= about $250). Tried to get ahold of the manager several times. Won't return calls. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE....NOT We have been golfing there for over 5 years, spending $50+ on drinks each time. Good bye Players Indoor. There are lots of other places to go indoor golfing in this area.

Great simulator bar, rented the VIP room the other week and staff were very friendly and food was great, my only complaint is that the beer seems crazy expensive $30 for a pitcher but either way our friend group has booked a VIP room again for the upcoming superbowl so looking forward to coming back

Great atmosphere. The employees are amazing, kind and go above and beyond. We got a bunch of food and drinks and stayed for 2 hours. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend :) Also our wings were on promotion and 50% off. Thank you to Stewart, Casey and Darry for making my birthday great!

We had an amazing evening. We did the F1 simulator experience, and would highly recommend it. Smeh was an awesome guide! We will be back!
