This company is fantastic. The pice is very reasonable. The booking process is fast and easy. Entry to the facilities by a email link works very well. Staff although not always on site are available through the phones in every booth and always answer any questions Immediately. I recently had a set of car keys taken by accident by the previous user of the booth. I contact birdiesindoorgolf.ca by email and received a response in seconds. They called me within minutes to make sure I wasn't stranded. They contacted the previous user of the booth and picked up my keys for me. Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. Thank you to Brian and the other great staff members. 10 out of 10

If you’ve been to the Oakville location you will be disappointed at Cawthra. No Auto tee, no adjustable tee, minimal privacy. I did have a quick response to an issue I had but the overall experience was not good

Super seamless experience and high quality simulators. Excellent customer service too - we accidentally missed the first 30 mins of our session and they were able to accommodate us longer

Easy to book the bay. Easy to use the system. It is very clean. I love how it is 24/7 open. highly recommend.

Super clean, extremely well managed facility. Equipment is high end and effective. Highly recommend for all golf enthusiasts! Must bring your own club.
