Sadly I need to update my review and it's not for good reasons. My golf group has been going to pin high now since end of the golf seasons in 2023 and 2024. Our first time there we didn't get off to a great start and one of our members wrote a review which reflected the experience. The next week the owner made things right and graciously bought a round of drinks for those of us that came that night. Much appreciated and wasn't expected... great customer service!! The individual who posted the negative review deleted the posting as a result. My post below reflects our experience that night. Since that night in 2023 and now into the beginning of indoor golf this year the owner comes into the SIM to say something we are doing wrong or against their rules.. she doesn't say "hello or how's it going tonight... btw just so you know you can't or should do.... something"... we found her very rude and poor in customer service skills...key elements for this industry... So myself and one other member of our group took the opportunity to ask one of the servers what the issue was with the owner/manager. Because we respect the equipment and establishment the only things we did wrong were practice (loosen up) on an unused side of the SIM and showed up into the place 20 minutes before our rental time. Again if she said hello first and explained the situation no problem at all. We are reasonable people. The server continued to defend the actions of the owner and tell us what we did wrong and brought up the negative review that was removed. Talk about holding a grudge. The conversation continued with defense and not recognizing we were just trying to provide constructive criticism and put the past behind where it belonged. At the end we were told there were many other places we could go we didn't have to come to pin high... on that note we walked out never to return. Unfortunate situation. The trackman system is amazing the servers always nice and did their best ... up until we spoke of our concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere. This was my original post This was our second time here. The golf simulator is amazing. No real issues golfing here. We understood why food is not allowed in the golf room as it can be messy with computer etc. The manager and server was very nice and very gracious. I have been a few times and the simulator is good BUT you can't eat in that area and it seems as though you are an afterthought re: beverage service. Takes forever to get a beer. Given that other sims don't have these issues I won't be back.

Tokk me a while to get used to this simulator but onne you get the hang of it you should drain pars and birdies all day long.
