I have been going to this place constantly during the winter season and have never had any issues with the facilities. However today I booked a time and never received a code. Emailed support but of course there is no phone number to call so I was stuck waiting for someone to open the door. The door somehow unlocked about 15 minutes past my booking time, but at this point I was already frustrated and felt rushed to golf. Ended up receiving my code 30 minutes after my booking time. Really unfortunate as this is my favourite facility.

Me and my friends love this golf sim. The entire place is kept in great order. Very private and quiet. Patrons of this facility are polite and respectful. You can tell management cares about the establishment because the washrooms are always clean. 👍something that is rare.

Facility is clean, price is competitive and conveniently located. One downside is that the map is outdated compared to target, tracer which are their direct competitors. Hope to see the change soon...

This has got to be the worst golf simulators I've ever been to. I've seen many better setup in peoples home and basement. The screen is 5 feet away from where you hit the ball. The whole set up is super amateur. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I was in PEI 3. It was almost comical how bad the set up was. Too many issues for me to list. Stay away!! The Aurora location is about 100 times better.
