I went out to this location from the East Valley based on the reviews. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I'm not a scratch golfer or anything, but I've played 4-5 rounds the past 3 months and hit an avg drive of 260-270 total yards. My 150 club is an 8iron. My son and I played "DPC Scottsdale" and he's a young gun who out drives me by 15-20 yards. NEITHER of us could hit a drive over 260 on the simulator. None of our clubs played true to distance, not even close. When I mentioned it to the young lady working, she said, "Well, you have elevation..." What? I'm smashing my drive and it goes 220 in the air and 245 total yards? It's not a 3 Iron. It was a first time/last time thing for us here. The bay was not properly processing our swings. Just to be sure, I went to the simulator AND a driving range and smashed a few to be sure I wasn't losing my mind. Their simulator wasn't working properly is the bottom line.
