*5 stars to zero stars* Beware of membership bait and switch! In November, I was sold a 6-month membership when they had 3 locations across Denver. 3 months later they closed 2/3 of the locations. Ryan, the owner has not acknowledged my complaint from a week ago… I would have never bought the membership if I knew they would be consolidating operations and closing the location nearest to my house. I would give 5 stars if they kept the Park Hill Location open or offered some sort of a prorated membership buyout after downsizing. Otherwise, Peter is an incredible employee who is super friendly and always helpful. Equipment is top notch and works great. Rino location is cramped and does not have enough seating.
Amazing if you're looking to improve at golf
This is the best simulator in the area if you want to actually get better at golf. Everyone that works there is incredibly helpful and their pros give great lessons. Winter membership is a great deal and gets you unlimited golf for a reasonable price. Guest fee is cheap too so you can bring people to play with.

Optimum is where golfers go to work on their game! If you are interested in getting better, ask John Wagner to help. He is a great golfer who is also a great coach (which, in my experience, is rare).

I bought a 5-class package with Optimum and completed 2 classes when the instructor told me she was moving out of state and said that my **only** option moving forward would be to take remote instruction. When I suggested I could reach out to Optimum management to try to find alternatives (I think we can all agree a Facetime golf lesson is not the same value, right?) -- she then quickly corrected that I could transfer them to a different instructor in person. I contacted the new instructor later to try to start using my remaining classes, and he didn't respond. Later, I found out the original instructor never moved -- that said, due to her lack of professionalism I felt uncomfortable working with her moving forward, anyway. I've now reached out to Optimum and management by phone, website, and email no less than five times to ask for a refund or to apply my credits to a different instructor. At this point, I assume I'm giving up $375 worth of lessons since I can't seem to get a resolution or response from this company. I'd strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
