Carlos makes it such a great experience! He is so helpful. Great facilities, great atmosphere, and great food and drink, but having someone there like Carlos who is friendly and makes sure the customers have a great time is what keeps us coming back. It's definitely a great way to spend a weekend afternoon when the weather is bad. Go Carlos!

My husband and I brought our two grandsons Joey 11 and Ryan 9 for the first time to ZStrict Saturday ….what an awesome facility at Chelsea Piers ….. Brandon the GM was so attentive and friendly My boys had a blast we will be back. Grandma might even take a few golf lessons !!!!

Gunnar and Brady are amazing! Great experience and awesome customer service. State of the art technology. Highly recommended
