Been trying to call since yesterday no one is answering or returning calls i am trying to update my reservation i have more than a party of 8 and I’ve been trying to call to add more to my reservation this is out right diabolical especially if i am trying to bring business to your establishment and i will be contacting corporate and Channel 7 News if i do not get a return call

Came for our anniversary and they had an event so the second floor was all used. We were able to play 2 rounds with no one else on the first floor. This was in August.

Great vibe and good place for large groups to hang out

I have so many good things to say about this place. I'd only been here once before, but we just hosted my son's 7th birthday party here on a Saturday afternoon. From the start of planning, the event staff (Allie and Sierra) was responsive, flexible, and incredibly helpful. I was bringing in 20 kids and 20 adults, and I completely recognize that 20 children is likely not their normal target demographic, but everyone treated myself and our guests (including the kids) with so much respect and kindness to make the event absolutely wonderful and as stress-free as possible. Our day of staff, Christian and Jasmine, were absolutely AMAZING. They were so nice and attentive, and I truly felt like they were invested in making the event the best they could for our group. They were great about keeping our space as private for us as possible (we knew it would only be semi-private given we were too big for the fully private room on the Artic course), even helping the kids through the course, and watching carefully to make sure the food was timed out perfectly based on when our group was golfing and where they were on the course. Almost no one in our group had been to the Puttery before and we got so many compliments on how cool the space was, how good the food and drinks were, and how much fun everyone had. I cannot recommend them enough if you're considered doing an event, or even for just a fun thing to do. Thank you for making our son's day so special!

Best interior design I’ve seen in a while, good drinks as well, super innovative concept and world building! They even had a coat check and everyone was very accommodating. However the green design was not very innovative, as it was almost all a plateau and then a hill. And we ended up with all left handed putters as they did not have enough right handed ones for the crowd that came. It is nice that it was unlimited as well, and they had another set of greens upstairs with more fun theming, but again very similar holes.
