What a great day at Good Ball! The place is great with a lot of space and seating. Great place to bring a group of golfers to get some swings in! The owner is awesome as well, very friendly and accommodating.

The more you reply shows how unprofessional your facility is LOL!!! I'm allowed to have a bad review about my experience, since you guys didn't like it you decided to argue with me about MY experience. Instead of just apologizing for where you messed up (which you stated earlier) and moved on you went back & forth with smart remarks to justify your unprofessionalism just because you got 1 star. I'll be sure to post these conversations on every platform I have to show who you really are. You got a bad review take it & move on

What an amazing price for such a high quality simulator. Goodball is perfect for a good practice while the weather conditions are horrible outside. Jeff the owner is such a great guy and always is available to ask any questions. I highly recommend giving goodballnwi a try, you won’t regret it!

I didn't miss the part about you taking responsibility for not replying, but I definitely saw the part where you said that we should have booked more in advance and how we could have been more forward thinking for a party with such magnitude which we did but apparently Goodball NWI aren't capable of taking last minute events LOL. Maybe you should have left that comment out since you said it was your fault. Like previously stated this was our experience & it happen to not be a good one despite our attempt.

I've been contacting the owner for 4 days, a week before we needed the space. The owner was acting weird through text but since it was a private rental we said everything was fine until we asked to book and they never replied. The only way to contact them was through a phone number. It was a party for my father in law's 60th birthday and they completely ghosted us. We had to make last minute reservations somewhere else, luckily we found a better place. Goodball NWI owners very unprofessional, definitely do not recommend, especially for any last minute events

As we said before it was last minute planning ONLY because we were recommended this place prior to other plans. We've seen videos of the facility online and already thought this place would be good for a party & there was no need for a visit. Instead of finally answering back the owner just stop replying. No late reply, nothing. After this "lease phone call" they could have replied back but they chose not to which was unprofessional. This was option 3 of other options so we definitely planned ahead LOL. A simple yes or no from the owner was all we were looking for & we didn't get that, so we went with our other plans which turned out great btw. Regardless of 40 other 5 star reviews, we didn't have a good experience with Goodball NWI, & for that we don't recommend this place, ESPECIALLY NOW since the owner is trying to blame us when we clearly did our part by reaching out, no matter the form of contact & they did not reply. Reviews are to tell our experience & this is what we experienced.
