The owner is very rude and condescending. He does not care about the community of Big Lake. I am suprised this place is still in business, it's dirty and a poor excuse of a simulator, your better off playing golden tee then going here to work on your golf game. I will never go here and will encourage others to find somewhere else to go as well. Response to Kevin: Just because I'm not on your list as a member does not mean someone who was a customer hasnt brought me there. Furthermore, if you would like to discuss why you feel it's appropriate to hang up on a 12 year old girl who is reaching out for support for a community event and program I would love to discuss that with you...... but im sure you will treat me just as bad as you did the 12 year old, probably explains why your business is the way it is. As a business owner in this small community i would think that respect and a little dignity would mean something to you. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to discuss this further.......

This place is really great. The technology was surprisingly good and it was really fun to practice my golf game with this system. The self service access and operation of the simulator technology both were super easy to navigate. I will definitely be back!

It was dirty. Overflowing garbage. Tees everywhere. Golf bags and club heads scattered. Equipment needed attention so it kept pausing. And it was COLD! Contacted Kevin and got a pretty basic response that won't get me back. Entry process and set up where pretty easy.

Had to do it all on our own. Very confused. Couldn't figure it out. Never got to play a round of golf. Sadness.

PSA to people coming here, the Caribou parking spots... are for caribous customer's, the Dominos pick up parking spots are for Dominos customers/employees... Please dont take up our limited spots when you're just sitting there for 45 mins-2 hours. Thanks!

The simulator technology is great, it has really helped me focus on certain areas of improvement. I really like that Simplay is a self-service facility, it's very easy to get a time booked and into the facility with the door unlock app. I highly recommend Simplay to anyone looking to improve their golf game or just to have fun and hit some balls! Plenty of options from championship courses, driving range or even just some fun miscellaneous games!
