This past Friday I had the chance to visit The Dome at Adventure Crossing for two hours of Toptracer Range golf. The place was absolutely packed out with people in groups for birthday parties, regular families and friends just hanging out and everything in between. We got to our bay and set up to play as soon as we checked in. It took a little over 30 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink and food order. She was nothing but kind and apologetic, I think she was one of only a few people working that night. As stated, the bays were full of guests upstairs and on the main floor, the bar was full and the virtual areas were full. They were definitely short staffed. It took maybe another half hour for our food and drinks to arrive, though everything was delicious! Of course we didn’t take it out on her as we knew she was taking care of a lot of patrons. They definitely do need to make sure they are better staffed on busy weekends, though! The overall experience was great here. It was definitely pricey; food, drink and the game itself. I will return because it is close to home!

Our time was from 6:15 to 815 out screen shut off at 8p. The tables were all dirty and everything was a mess. I wouldnt recommend for the price. I would rather go to Top Golf.

booked a one hour golf event for 3 PM place crawling with flag football. Children was told 15 to 20 minutes ended up being an hour and a half. Manager was overwhelmed machines did not start when they were supposed to had to wait another 10 minutes for disgruntled boy to come over golf balls did not come out. Had to wait for another disgruntled boy to come over. Terrible customer service for food
