I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Puttery. On Thursday, February 20th, we drove 30 minutes to take advantage of their advertised reverse happy hour pricing, which is posted throughout the establishment and online. There are two happy hours, one starting at 8 PM, so we arrived right on time. However, when we went to pay, we were charged the regular price. When we mentioned we were there for happy hour, the employee casually said, "Yeah, we're not doing that tonight, I don’t know why." No explanation or reason was given. We had out-of-town guests with us, so instead of waiting around to speak with a manager, I emailed customer service requesting a refund since the price we were charged didn’t match what was advertised. I would have understood if it was a holiday or special event, but there was no notice and no way to confirm the pricing ahead of time. To make matters worse, I never received a response to my email. I even tried disputing the charge with my credit card company, but Puttery denied it. They still haven't apologized or acknowledged their mistake. I won't be bringing friends to a business that doesn’t honor its own prices.
