It is a self-serve room: book a bay online, let yourself in at any hour, play, clean up, and go. There is no front desk, and reviewers mention a remote host who checks in.The room has three large TrackMan bays. Two are general access and one is a private bay, which is the one to book for a group that wants its own space.
